How it works

Step 1: Select A Product That Meets Your Needs

Calculate your personal instant quote. It takes only seconds, and there is plenty of help, product and insurance company information available for your review. Should you have any additional questions, email us at help@lifepro.co.uk or call us at 01252 728833, and our customer support team will be happy to answer all your questions. Once you determine the company and product that best meets your needs, simply click on the "get application" button to go to our secure server where you can complete a very brief online application request for the product and plan you have selected.

Step 2: Application

Within 24 hours of your request, LifePro.co.uk will mail an application pack containing the formal quotation, key features document & application forms (as required) needed to complete your application for insurance. You will need to complete and sign these forms and return them to us in the enclosed business reply envelope. Lifepro.co.uk charges no fees and requires no premium payment at the time of your application.

Step 3: Underwriting Approval and Policy Delivery

The Life Insurance company will review your application. In many cases they can approve your policy with just this information. However, in some instances, they may need additional medical records and information from your doctor prior to making their decision. With most major insurance companies, the final decision on your eligibility for insurance will take from six to eight weeks from the receipt of your completed application, medical exam and any other required information. The greatest delay most often occurs when the life insurance company requests additional health information directly from your doctor (they are paid for this information, but often slow in responding to requests.) Once all the information is received from all the various sources, the insurance company decision will be conveyed to Lifepro.co.uk. We will contact you with the details of the insurance company's decision. If your policy is acceptable and you wish to place it in force, then you will remit your initial premium payable to the insurance company - usually via direct debit. Coverage will be "in force" when the insurance company receives your premium payment and any required forms of acceptance.
